Once an issue is reported, you will be contacted by one of our extensively trained technical support team members within one business day. Product turnaround is generally within one week. Our technical support team is directly linked to our manufacturing process to limit defects and facilitate new design and production improvements. As a result, Sellmark maintains one of the lowest defective rates in the industry.
